The state of progress of the purchase, and the deadlines that need to be met to pay the amounts on account, prior to formalization of the transfer deed.
The signing date of the title deed of your property.
The presentation of a new checklist when the keys to the property are handed over, ensuring you have peace of mind in the knowledge that any possible hidden defects will be dealt with for a period of 6 months following the signing of the deed of transfer.
