Our Golf & Leisure division is responsible for the management and use of the golf courses and sports complexes we develop which allows our clients to enjoy them as well as bringing about a rise in the value of their property investment.
The expansion of the group was originally based around the centre of Málaga and the Costa del Sol. Now, however, while all the Group activities are supervised from central headquarters, there are also regional offices in Las Palmas, Gran Canary.
Grupo Evemarina is also committed to alliances with companies of proven value in the real estate sphere, which contributes to its solid and consistent growth. One example of this strategy is the agreement reached with the prestigious Hyatt hotel chain, which is to manage the 5-star Grand Luxury Casares Park Hyatt hotel, situated on the Doña Julia Golf Resort residential complex in Casares Costa, Málaga, and the UTE with Pamasa for housing development work on the same urbanization of more than 650 hectares.
In the future, the Group’s diversification strategy will involve the construction of a private clinic and a business park in Guadalmar, on the outskirts of the capital, Málaga.

ANDALUCÍA
Málaga:

In 2004 Grupo Evemarina acquired notable land plots on the outskirts of the town of Tarifa and others on the Jerez urbanization of Montecastillo, just by the hotel and the Barceló Montecastillo Hotel & Golf Resort golf course, linking up with the Isla Carey development in Sotogrande, completed in 2004.
Seville:
1,900 homes in the project phase in Almensilla, with an extensive area designated for commercial use, where the Group has some 57 hectares in Almensilla, on the outskirts of the town.
From the Seville office, Grupo Evemarina is to extend its activities to western Andalucía and southern Portugal.
Granada:
250 homes in the Project phase, in Ciudad Iliberis, Atarfe.
MADRID ADMINISTRATIVE REGION
Borox:
800 homes in the project phase in Borox, Toledo, 20 minutes from Madrid. The homes will be laid out around a golf course and, with the aim of managing this project and developing it in the capital, Grupo Evemarina has recently opened its office in the capital of Spain in the emblematic calle Serrano, nº 51.
THE CANARIES
Las Palmas, Gran Canary:
Over 800 homes under construction or in the project phase in the town centre of Las Palmas, Grand Canary and on the outskirts. While its incorporation within the Group only took place as recently as 2004 the Las Palmas, Grand Canary, office is already carrying out large-scale projects for the island, both in the centre and on the outskirts of the town.
With two developments (Residencial Tafira and Edificio Neo) already on sale and Las Palmeras golf now open, the Group’s flagship development on the Island is the Evemarina building, so-called for being an urban point of reference in the town, and which will have exclusive properties with superb outlooks, located on the beach front line. Its situation, in one of the most privileged areas of Las Palmas - the Paseo de Las Canteras, next to the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium - and its setting on the beach front line will allow for a unique building of great beauty and quality which synthesizes the Group’s work philosophy. |
