Grupo Evemarina has formulated an agreement with the international hotel chain, Hyatt, to run the first hotel in the resort. This agreement guarantees for Evemarina the exclusivity of the Hyatt chain throughout the Costa del Sol and its ranking as the highest vacational category type of the same group anywhere in Europe.
The 5-star Grand Luxury Park Hyatt Casares Hotel is being designed by the prestigious Aracadia Design International firm in collaboration with the Evemarina Group’s architectural practice, Ramos & Ramos, and is being constructed by the Borca 2000 company, owned by Grupo Evemarina. The objective is to build Spain’s top hotel, based on the highest levels of excellence, both in terms of planning and standards of building suitability.
The timeless design of the place pays respect to the configuration and natural beauty of the setting in which it is located, fitting in effortlessly with the architectural style of Doña Julia and helping to create a solid and homogenous whole.
The hotel has been conceived in two differentiated parts: an Andalusian country estate as the principal building, to house the lobby, the restaurants, the conference rooms and suites. From there it will also be possible to get to the swimming pool and bedrooms, which will be a level below the swimming pool, shaped like a typical, tiered Andalusian village.
