The Evemarina Foundation comprises: Evemarina S.L. , represented by Don Borja Ramos Nuñez, Borca 2.000 , represented by Don Alfredo Gómez Veleiro, and Ramos y Osuna S.L. represented by Doña Lourdes Osuna Martín.

Its sphere of activity will be the Andalucía Autonomous Community, without detriment to its participation in or cooperation with other organizations and organisms, public or private, national or foreign.
